First, we'll meet with you to determine your every need and desire. Then we put your "dream" on paper to your exact specifications. The drafting is done in-house which eliminates the wait and increases creative flexibility. Then we produce 3-D perspectives that take the mystery out of what the finished product will look like.Quality doesn't just happenAfter your project plan has been finalized, the building begins. With a passion for total excellence, only the finest materials and craftsmen are used in each home. We scrutinize every detail.

In June 2004, we showcased this home to raise money for the Folsom Children's Zoo in Lincoln. In case you missed this event, here are some photos of this gorgeous home in Bennet, Nebraska.
Located on Little Nemaha Lake, the styling is French Country and offers 3,500 sq. ft. of living space. The walk-out ranch floor plan is very open and spacious with beautiful views to the lake.
The kitchen-dining area opens up to a screened-in porch and a covered deck to maximize the beauty of the lake and the enjoyment of the outdoors.
Special features include a lot of built-in cabinetry, wonderful wood flooring, and a home theatre surround system.
