First, we'll meet with you to determine your every need and desire. Then we put your "dream" on paper to your exact specifications. The drafting is done in-house which eliminates the wait and increases creative flexibility. Then we produce 3-D perspectives that take the mystery out of what the finished product will look like.Quality doesn't just happenAfter your project plan has been finalized, the building begins. With a passion for total excellence, only the finest materials and craftsmen are used in each home. We scrutinize every detail.
All of the people involved in the project make it happen. It starts with a very select group of suppliers and experienced craftsmen who understand our standards. We know that they are all a reflection of our work - we liken it to a "Team" approach.
Our production is limited to a maximum of five homes per year to insure the best experience for our clients. In fact, over 90% of our client base comes from referrals by Christo clients.

A blank piece of paper and a vision As with all Christo homes, it starts with a blank piece of paper and a vision. The photos shown here represent a true, custom one-of-a kind creation.
This unique home was a collaborative effort. Clydesdale Frames Company designed and constructed the timber frame on the building site we prepared (photo, right). After the timber frame was constructed, Christo completed the interior finish. This 4,000+ sq. ft. home is Certified Green Built and is 5+ Energy Star rated. Some of the many features of this fabulous house include:
 | - Tongue and groove ceiling and exposed timber beams throughout the entire home
- Hand scraped walnut flooring
- Custom designed stone fireplace and timber mantle, iron railings, a steam shower
- SIPs (structural insulated panels) to add strength and increase the R-factor
- An awesome kitchen which includes a 36" wide island with an extended eating bar, and a large walk-in pantry
- A terrific mudroom that has a custom designed coat rack and cubbies for each family member

This unique home was fun to build. It was a first for us doing a timber frame home in collaboration with another company. It was challenging and thought provoking, but we were honored to do it. |
